The Problem

If you feel like you're losing your kid, you're not alone.

Right now, more young adults than ever are dealing with drift, distraction, and a complete lack of direction. Most parents know their son or daughter is capable of more, but the old ways of pushing harder are not working.

You end up carrying the emotional load, second-guessing every conversation, and wondering whether stepping in will help or make things worse.

Lacking direction

They know something needs to change, but they cannot explain what they want or how to move.

Addicted to their phone

Scrolling and avoidance eat up energy that should be going into real growth.

Struggling with confidence

Low belief in themselves keeps them from taking action even when the next step is obvious.

Avoiding responsibility

Hard conversations, future planning, and daily follow-through keep getting delayed.

Feeling overwhelmed

The future feels heavy, so they either shut down or bounce from idea to idea.

Parents get stuck here
Push too hard and every conversation becomes a fight.
Or they get stuck here
Say too little because they no longer know what will help.
Neither works.
The Reframe

Your kid doesn't need more pressure. They need clarity.

They are not lazy. They are not broken. They have just never been shown how to slow down, think clearly, and build a life they can actually take ownership of.

Pressure creates resistance. Clarity creates movement.

  • How to think for themselves instead of waiting for life to happen to them
  • How to set goals that actually matter and are worth following through on
  • How to build consistency when motivation disappears halfway through the week
  • How to grow real confidence by taking action, not by hearing more advice
What We Do

What is Generation Forward?

A coaching program designed specifically for 16-25 year olds to help them build the four things most young adults are missing before adulthood starts hitting back.

01

Direction

Figure out what they actually want in life instead of living under everyone else's expectations.

02

Discipline

Build the follow-through to do what matters even when the mood is gone and the week gets messy.

03

Confidence

Grow belief in themselves by stacking wins, facing resistance, and learning how to keep going.

04

Structure

Create daily habits and routines that make adulthood feel less chaotic and far more manageable.

How It Works

Here's exactly how it works.

The process is simple on purpose. Every part of it is built to move a young adult from confusion and avoidance toward ownership and follow-through.

Clarity Phase

What do they actually want?

We help them get honest about what matters to them, not just what parents, teachers, or friends expect.

Structure Phase

Build routines that hold

We create habits, routines, and accountability so their week has structure instead of only good intentions.

Execution Phase

Coach weekly for consistency

We meet every week to keep momentum going, work through resistance, and help confidence grow through action.

Parent Outcomes

What parents want to see change.

These are the shifts families usually come to us hoping for first. They are not hype metrics. They are real-life changes that make home, work, school, and the future feel more manageable.

Common win

More direction

They can finally explain what they want and what the next season should look like.

Common win

Better follow-through

Promises start turning into weekly action instead of fading after one good conversation.

Common win

Stronger routines

Sleep, schedule, workouts, schoolwork, and responsibilities stop feeling completely random.

Common win

Less avoidance

They begin facing uncomfortable tasks instead of escaping into their phone or shutting down.

Common win

Healthier confidence

Confidence grows because they are doing hard things, not because someone keeps hyping them up.

Common win

Better conversations at home

Parents stop feeling like every talk has to become a lecture, argument, or rescue mission.

He has spoken at TEDxMiami, the Ritz Carlton, and major universities including FIU. The work is not about being impressive. It is about helping young adults grow up with more structure, ownership, and confidence than most people get early on.

FAQ

Questions parents ask before they book.

The goal of the strategy call is simple: understand what is happening, decide whether this is the right fit, and leave with a clearer next step.

That is one of the main reasons for the parent strategy call. We talk through how to introduce coaching in a way that lowers resistance, increases buy-in, and helps your young adult feel supported instead of cornered.
No. This is coaching. Therapy is often focused on healing and diagnosis. Coaching is focused on clarity, ownership, routines, accountability, and taking action on what matters next.
The current young adult coaching offer typically runs between three and six months depending on goals, readiness, and how much support is needed. That is something we can clarify on the call.
Families usually want to see stronger follow-through, clearer direction, better routines, more confidence, and healthier ownership. Results vary based on effort, honesty, and how consistently the work gets applied.
Yes. The process starts with the parent strategy call, and parents can be part of the support structure as needed. The goal is to help the young adult take ownership while giving parents a better way to support without carrying everything.
Next Step

If you know your kid is capable of more, this is the next step.

You do not need to have all the answers. You just need the right support system, a clearer plan, and a conversation that actually moves things forward.
